Home baking utensils to invest in

Hiya! I thought this would be a great way for me to share all the Baking hints and tips that i pick up along the way, but also an easy way for me to communicate and share my story with all you lovely customers!

If you are thinking of baking at home here is a list of a few basic baking equipment that i think you will need:

* Spatula

*Glass mixing bowl (I recommend Pyrex, mine has lasted forever)

*Weighing scales (I have Salter ones, £12.50 on Amazon)

* Non- stick trays (again Pyrex or Salter are great brands)

*Sieve (available in most supermarkets)

*Electric hand mixer (Tesco own brand one is fab and a great price)

* Pallet Knife
