About the Baker

Hello to all my lovely customers and followers! This post is to introduce myself a give you a little look into my background.

Im Lizzie...

When i left school i wanted to be a chef, I studied Hospitality Supervision at Chichester college and passed with 3 distinctions (food geek). I went on to study Events Management at Chichester University but after a year decided it was not for me.

I wanted to Pursue my other passion in life ANIMALS! My parents are farmers and i have always been surrounded by furry friends big & small.

I started my training to become a Veterinary Nurse...

3 years later i graduated and now I am a Registered Veterinary Nurse. I work in a local Vets and love all of my patients. BUT....

I also missed Baking so that is how The Brownie House was created..

Alongside my full time job as a Vet Nurse i bake delicious brownies for you all and hope through my blog that i can share tips, recipes and more along the way.
